Black Bayou has received from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) an application pursuant to Section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct, own and operate the Black Bayou Project. As part of the application, Black Bayou received authority to charge market-based rates for all the proposed services at the Black Bayou Project.

  • Fuel Reimbursement - Fuel to be negotiated by the parties. (Currently estimated to be 1% total)

  • Withdrawal Rate – 1,200,000 Dth/d
  • Cycle Capability – 12 turns
